Pia's funny face!

I can hold my breath
"Little bright eyes" what Daddy calls her
Little sleepy eyed
Big and blue
this one is for Hallie

Pia has one of the most expressive baby faces I have ever seen on a baby! She smiles, cringes, snorts, laughs, frowns and tons of little faces in between. It is hard for me to catch these little faces with my camera because she is constantly changing them. I have managed to catch a few though. One she LOVES to make at a little friend of ours Hallie. Hallie has a sweet smile, big brown eyes and loves to crinkle her nose at Pia and Pia for whatever reason ALWAYS crinkles back!

Here are some of the many little faces of our sweet princess Pia!

My American Girl

Khloe has enjoyed American Girl dolls for the last several years. Her first doll was mine as a child and her second and third were for her 5th birthday. She loves to dress them, teach them, put on concerts with them. When I was asked if she would want to be in American Girl fashion show I of course said yes!
I wouldn't let her do this for just anything but for a charitable cause and for such a great company I said yes! The AG company is such a positive thing for young girls. Yes the dolls and accessories are pricey but what they offer and teach little girls to me is worth it.
When Khloe did the fashion show she got to dress like her favorite doll Felicity and another sporty girl Lanie. She wasn't to sure about the catwalk but the experience all in all was fantastic and we had a great Mother daughter day together!

This is the FORT that Daddy built

I am not very good at building forts or putting together train tracks. I can wrestle, read, snuggle etc. but building is NOT my "fort"e. When Daddy is home Caleb asks for forts! His very own hideout. He carriers in his toys, blankets and pillows, he gets his very own lil mancave. I try to leave it up as long as I can stand it. Here are a few pictures of C in the Fort that Dad built! he loved it!

Tree climbing
Up in a tree smilin' BIG
Leaves are crunchy
Take that!
more leaves

One of my favorite things about fall growing up was playing in leaves. We have one tree in our yard that sheds a small amount of leaves most of which end up blowing away into the street or our neighbors yard. Before they were all were able to blow away we managed to have a few fun filled days of playing in them.

C and K had a blast and even little Pia!

This year is Khloe's first year to play on a full fledge basketball team! She is playing for Upward which is a great organization for kids, sports and all in a Christian setting! Every child needs to be evaluated to see skill level and size. This was Khloe at her Upward evaluation 6 years old!
